Dear Clients,
Thank you for choosing Christina Ann Salon Boutique for your beauty hair enhancements! It is our mission to ensure you look and feel your best after receiving your luxury hair services.

How to book?
Call or Text 317-560-6026
Please allow up 24-48 hours to return your call or message as my hands are more than likely in hair!
  • Payment

    All major credit/debit cards are accepted and cash. No checks please!


    When checking out with a card, receipts can be emailed or texted to you. If you need a paper receipt, please inform me and I will make sure you receive it.

  • Cancellations/No Call No Show

    Please allow 24 hour notice when rescheduling. Any appointments that are No Call No Show will require a credit card deposit when rescheduling.

  • Late/Rescheduling

    To ensure everyone receives great service I ask if you are running more than 15 minutes late to please reschedule or you may be asked to reschedule. It is my mission to respect everyone’s time. Unfortunately, things do happen that are out of our control and I will be as lenient as possible. However, if the circumstance causes me to run late to my next appointment I will have to regretfully reschedule.

  • Major Hair Changes

    As many of you know I love make-overs. If you are feeling a desire for a major change please feel free to message and send me pics of your ideas so that I am able to make sure an adequate amount of timing is booked for your appointment and inventory is in stock.

  • Extensions

    When ordering a Custom Wig/Unit a two week turnaround time starts after initial deposit is received.


    If you are receiving a custom color on hair extensions that are not installed on your headalready, coloring must be done at least 3-5 days prior to appointment.


    No extensions will be colored during installation unless a coloring session is booked with extra timing during your installation appointment

  • Salon Hours

    My hours of operation are displayed on the website and booking site. Any services booked outside of salon hours are considered freelance services and will be charged accordingly.

  • Weddings

    Brides to be! I have separate wedding contracts that must be filled out along with deposit to ensure your date is secure and to ensure I am available for your special day. This will ensure we are on the same page and communication is clear.

Service
It is my mission to make sure you are happy with your hair. Good communication with me about the service you want is very important. Unfortunately, I do not offer refunds but if there is a miscommunication on the service you receive do not hesitate to tell me so I can correct it; I want you to love your hair!!

Thank you for being a part of my transitioning period and change this past year. I am very happy with my career and where I am. It is my goal to continue to offer great customer service and great hair service. It is necessary for me to have structure to keep all lines of communication open with pricing and scheduled appointment times which can all be accessed from Vagaro.com/hairbychristinaann. I am not perfect but I will do my best of my ability to service you. Without you, there would be no me!
